Good afternoon. My wife and I got back a few weeks ago from a repositioning on Celebrity's Apex fm FTL to London. It was amazing! It turned out to be a cruise with many moving parts. Other than the routine stuff like finding the right cabin, this trip included air travel, hotel rooms and car services I wanted to make sure everything was locked in before I boarded the ship. For this trip, as with numerous others in the past, I put it all in the capable hands of Cathy Hoffman. I can't begin to say enough good things about the way she handles things. I'm afraid we sometimes

monopolized Cathy's time with our many questions, but she took it like a trooper. It's not like this is a big surprise. I've been working with Cathy for vears now. While the biggest problem we normall have is finding just the right cabin, she has managed to help me fix other goofy twists and turns. She possesses the knowledge that can only be acquired with vears of

experience. She knows the ships, she knows the ports. Based on the service Cathy has provided, I would not trust anyone else to put together a cruise for us. (by the way, Cathy has booked us on the Celebrity Silhouette repositioning from Barcelona in Nov)

I know I can't be the only one who thinks Cathy's service is top notch. I just wanted to add another note of appreciation to what I m sure is probably an impressive stack in her file. I don't know the various ways you have of recognizing outstanding performance, but her name should be

on the top of any performers list you might have

Do all you can to keep her happy; you don't want to lose this one.
